Works great
Doesnt work
Hi there and thank you for taking the time to review. I am sure we can help you here, if you could help us out with a few questions:
how many dogs do you have?
how many water bowls do you have?
I can see that you bought 1 pack. you need to ensure you have 1 pack in each water bowls so if you have more than 1 dog and 1 water bowl, it just wont work, its like trying to push water up hill! Anyway, dont hesitate to reach out, we are 100% here to help - if you would prefer to take this off line then do get in touch.
I can see that this is not your first order so thank you for persevering.
I didn’t want them but cancelled order now as I’ve been ill and don’t have dogs
HI there and thank you for taking the time to review. We are so sorry that you no longer have a dog, that must be a terrible loss. Could you consider removing your review or changing it as a 1 star makes our overall rating come down - we 100% strive for amazing customer care so although you don't need the product, we hope we have been able to provide that?

Oh no, that is a real shame. Can you please get in touch so we can work with you or offer a refund? It works in 9/10 cases and I really hope we can get it working for you!
