Returns
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the return includes your order number.
We are always happy to help troubleshoot and ensure your product works correctly at any time. However, please note that a $10 administrative fee applies to all returns, as receiving and processing items back into our warehouse incurs significant costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Reselling on Amazon or any other online platform is strictly prohibited.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 business days (and often immediately). Please note that a $10 administrative fee applies to all returns due to the cost of handling and processing.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return does not include the order number, we will not be able to identify it, which prevents us from issuing a refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary. For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
